| MINIMUM RENTAL PERIOD |

| The minimum rental period is 1 day (24h). To late returns over 1h it will be charged an extra day. |

| DRIVER'S LICENSE |
| |
| Must be presented and valid in Portugal. |
| |
| AGE REQUIREMENTS |
| |
| 21years old with 1 year driving experience required. |
| |
| FUEL |
| |
| Vehicles should be returned with the same fuel as they had when given to the client. If not the client must pay the missing fuel. |

| GENERAL INFORMATION |
| |
| PRICES INCLUDE |
| |
| VAT, limited public liability cover, full maintenance and 24h road assistance . |
| |
| PRICES DO NOT INCLUDE |
| |
Colision damage waiver (CDW), theft protection (TP), super damage waiver (SDW), personnal accident insurance (PAI), transfer to the airport, parking fees, washing, fuel and loss os documents. In this case client must pay the amount of 100,00€ for its replacement. The client will always be responsible for damages caused to third parties or the hired car when :
-Being driven by person who is not legally qualified or authorized by Auto Centrolider Rent-a-Car;
-Suffering damages intentionally caused by the client or any person whomhe is responsible for;
-The driver is under influence of alcohol, narcotics or is mentally insane;
-Being used in sportive competitions, rallyes, reces or challenges;
-Suffering an accident which is not communicated to Auto Centrolider Rent-a-Car as soon as possible;
-Suffering vandalism acts such as broken windows, blown up tires or broken wheels. The lack of or late comunication will oblige the client to pay alls the expenses that may occur from any of the cases above mentioned;
-Client is responsible for the traffic fines; |

| COLISION DAMAGE WAIVER (CDW) |
| |
| Optional. Has a cost of 11,75€ per day. In case of accident the client is only responsible up to the minimum excess charge, which is 500,00€ for groups A and B and 600,00€ for groups C, D and E. |

| THEFT PROTECTION (TP) |
| |
| Optional. Has a daily cost of 6,20€. In case of theft of the vehicle or parts thereof, fire or acts os vandalism, the costumer is only responsible up to the minimum excess charge. |

| SUPER DAMAGE WAIVER (SDW) |
| |
| If CDW and TP are accepted, the costumer has the possibility to eliminate de minimum excess charge by paying and additional tax of 13,55€ per day. |

| PERSONAL ACCIDENT INSURANCE (PAI) |
| |
| Optional. Has a cost of 6,50€ day and covers death or disablement and medical expenses for driver and passengers. |

| AIRPORT SERVICE CHARGE (TAXA APT) |
| |
Pick-up and drop-off in the airport has an additional cost of 20,00€ for each dislocation. Service from 00:00-07:00- additional cost of 25,00€. |

| BABY SEATS AND BOOSTERS |
| |
| Available on request when booking your reservation. It has a daily cost of 2,00€ for the baby seats as for the boosters. Additional driver 12,00€. |

| OTHER ADVICES |

| IN CASE OF ACCIDENT YOU MUST |
| |
| -Call the authorities(112); |
| -Call an ambulance in case of personal injuries; |
| -Contact Auto Centrolider Rent-a-Car (if not you will be held responsible for all damages in the vehicle); |
| -Ask from other driver(s) involved in the accident: name, adress and phone number, driver's license number, date and place of issue, caractheristics and resgistration number of the other vehicle(s), insurance number and company. |
